CALCAGNI is a third generation real estate development and construction firm, headquartered in Providence, RI. We focus on procurement, development and sales of real estate and land assets in the Southern New England region.

Calcagni & Sons was founded by Louis Calcagni Senior in 1952 and operated as a custom home builder for over fifty years. The company continued into its second generation by Louis Calcagni Jr and expanded, from home building to larger, more complex projects including commercial buildings, condominium development and land acquisition.

In 2016 Calcagni Built was founded by Louis Calcagni III to leverage over 20 years of national, commercial builder and developer experience. In today’s current market, the company focuses on a breadth of projects from single family custom homes, to multi-unit condominium developments to mixed use and ground-up buildings.

Our relationships with local investors, banks, real estate agents, and property management companies provide support to our team throughout all phases of a project life cycle; from market search and acquisition through development, construction and disposition.
